Just made a cake with my mum and afterwards my dad was talking about some cupcakes I made once to sell at school for charity and I said that people still remember that I made them and my mum laughed and said “you mean we made,” and then my dad said “we’ll have to tell any future husband… or wife you bring home that you didn’t do all the cooking yourself.”...

YES. That is exactly what I did in 2010. And I’m sure a lot of other people did the same thing.
Guilty… I watched all six seasons over my summer holiday, it was very enjoyable and I’m considering...
Just had a conversation with my mum about Tegan and Sara’s new album and about Joey Waronker from R.E.M doing drums on it (my mum was a big R.E.M fan) and talking about them being signed to Vapour (Neil Young is her all time favourite musician) and she’s pretty darn impressed. :D
